What motivates people to work? Money? Status? Authority?
Can you clearly say what motivates you? How to manage and cooperate with people so that they want to complete their tasks? How to get along with people at work, at university and on the street when we live in societies with increasing cultural diversity? You will find answers to these and other questions and tips for various solutions in this course.
The program aims to work in the form of „content in context” with the greatest possible involvement of the student. The classes will consist of theoretical and practical parts, which will often be intertwined. The assumed forms of work include an interactive lecture, i.e. transfer of knowledge and initiating discussions by referring to students’ knowledge and experiences. Another form are worksheets that will help you structure your notes and will refer to video material and case studies presented in the form of short texts. The main idea of the presented activities is to acquire as much knowledge and skills as possible during the classes.
